Place the pack in freezer or refrigerator (when you need it cool not cold for breast cancer or during cancer treatment) for at least 2 hours.

Microwave as per the heating instructions. Always check to make sure that the temperature is comfortable for you before using.
Use warm to help relieve pain, muscular tension and chronic pain

Pre excercise, stimulates blood flow, chronic pain, arthritis, joint stiffness, soreness, promotes healing, can help relax muscles
