USING HEATED: place the heat pack folded in to three sections in the middle of the microwave, make sure that the Lupins are evenly distributed. Follow the heating instructions that come with the heatpack.

USING COOL: store in the freezer until ready to use.

The body contoured back heat pack can be used all over your body. Place across your stomach and hip area or lower back. Tie and place diagonal over your shoulder so it heats your back. Can be used over all of your body.

Small: the heat pack measures cm 47 cm x 15 cm (at its widest point) Suitable for waist sizes of 60 cm up to 90 cm

Medium: the heat pack measures 55 cm x 16 cm (at its widest point) Suitable for waist sizes of 60 cm up to 120 cm

Large:
